  • Are you a licensed dispensary?

    We are a fully compliant and licensed marijuana dispensary in accordance with the Board of Cannabis Control, the state of California, and the city of Los Angeles.

  • Do I have to pay taxes on my marijuana products and how much?

    Yes, they are three different tax brackets you must pay at point of sale.

    Adult Use Over 21, Recreational:

    – 10% L.A. County Measure M Tax

    – 9.5% C.A. State Tax

    Medical with Doctor’s Recommendation:

    – 5% L.A. County Measure M Tax

    – 9.5% C.A. State Tax

    Medical with State Medical I.D. Card:

    – 5% L.A. County Tax

    – 0% State Tax on Marijuana Products


    …but a 9.5% State Tax on Non-Marijuana Related Products (pipes, bongs, etc.)

  • What are the daily limits I can purchase as an Adult Use Recreational Person?

    – 28.5 grams of non-concentrated cannabis

    – 8 grams of concentrated cannabis, including concentrated cannabis contained in cannabis products

    – 6 immature cannabis plants

  • Why am I being charged tax when I am a Medical Patient?

    We must charge tax as required by state and local county laws.

  • What are the benefits of having a medical card vs. coming in as recreational?

    Currently, in Los Angeles County – there is a price difference of paying 19.5% for Adult Use, 14.5 % for Medicinal with a Doctor’s Recommendation, and 5% for marijuana products with a California State Medical Card. These tax percentages may or may not change in the future dependent on state and county legislation.

  • Are promotions and discounts still allowed?

    We provide Veteran’s, Social Security Income, and a Senior Citizen’s 15% Discount with additional documentation to Medical Patients Only. Inquire within.

    We do not provide promotions or discounts to recreational customers.

  • Do you carry pure CBD products?

    We carry pure CBD products as well as Pure Hemp Extract Products. Inquire within.

  • Where can I smoke?

    You may not smoke in a vehicle or in public spaces. The only legally designated area you may smoke is at a private residence, and you must still be aware of other restrictions. Example, a no-smoking policy in an Apartment Complex.

  • Do you accept credit cards?

    Yes, we accept Visa and Mastercard.
